Our Next Production
Our next production will be...
The Gondoliers

It will be performed at the Devonshire Park Theatre from 8th - 12th May 2012.
We are delighted to announce that local acclaimed director, Richard Osborne, will be taking the reins for this production (hold onto your seats!). Richard has previously directed HMS Pinafore, The Pirates of Penzance and Patience for the Society and, after a break to train as a secondary school maths teacher, he's decided that despite popular opinion to the contrary, we're not as unruly as his school pupils so he'll give us another go!!
What's more, we are also thrilled to welcome Pat White as our Muscial Director for this production. Many of you will know Pat from the numerous shows she has MD'd for EODS and, although she's now retired (very sensible), she was also Head of Music at Seaford Head School.
Alison King has agreed to act as Assistant Director and Choreograhper for the production and is looking forward to getting the cast moving (hopefully at the same time and in the same direction!) Alison has taken many lead roles with the Society and also with EODS and Lewes Operatic Society, having just appeared in their world premier of "The Big Iolanthe".
Rehearsals are going extremely well and the whole show is looking amazing thanks to the hard work and dedication of the cast and production team.
Tickets can easily be booked on line at eastbournetheatres.co.uk or via the Eastbourne Theatres Box Office on 01323 412000 or in person at the Box Offices of either the Congress Theatre or the Devonshire Park Theatre or at the Tourist Information office in Cornfield Road
IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO COME AND JOIN THE FUN AND WE'LL BE STARTING OUR BANDSTAND REHEARSALS ON 21ST MAY!!
