Bandstand Concerts

2012

We are delighted to be performing on The Bandstand once again this year commencing on Monday 2nd July and then continuing every Monday until 20th August from 8pm - 9.30pm.

As always, we'll be singing a wide variety of numbers from the works of Gilbert & Sullivan together with a couple of our local favourites and a little something special to celebrate the Jubilee year!

If you would like to sing with us at these concerts, our first rehearsal will be on Monday 21st May at St Elisabeth's Church & Centre for the Community, Victoria Drive, Old Town, Eastbourne.

If you don't fancy singing with us, why not come along and enjoy one of our concerts in a wonderful setting on a balmy summer's evening (!)

2011

In 2011, as in every year in living memory, we performed on Monday evenings throughout July and August on the beautiful Eastbourne Bandstand and this year with a new and exciting programme! The weather was fairly kind to us with only one wet and windy evening where the number of members performing almost outnumbered the size of the audience!!

Once again, we raised money for Hazel Court School, a very special local school. Watch this space for the final details of the amount collected for them.
